⭐ The Rat Terrier is an excellent agility animal, who's also intelligent enough to cover quite a bit of other ground like tracking, retrieving various objects (keys, nuts, bolts, wallets, money, etc), and ratting or coursing with a lure. Some have been chosen for the St John Ambulance Therapy Dog Programs and have successfully completed it. Other pups go on to be working the Special Needs Training Service dogs for disabilities such as Epilepsy, PTSD, Diabetes or Mobility Limitations. Or, included in their many talents, there's a few that go on to work photo-shoots for dog commercials (still-photography) dressing up in costumes. They are a very loving and dedicated dog, both males and females, they're always paying attentention to the world around them.

⭐ They've been the best animal that clients have found to have fun with (their word is 'awesome'). Some of them try to mimic human conversational words and it's very interesting/humorous to listen to when they decide to do that. So, with their prey drive it doesn't mean that they'll kill cats or other house pets, some of themlearn  to work Rats/mice outside naturally, or some need training for it. There are some that would prefer to just be your best friend instead and won't bother chasing anything. It is an individual trait for each of the boys and girls. When they're little, both sexes are equal in intelligence for house breaking, some are just quicker to catch onto it no matter which sex they are. They are easy enough to work with in training from an early age, however, I do try to keep it simple for them when they are young and so little at this time...so please begin training in baby steps. All pups start off in their new homes scared and need an adjustment period before resuming their normal characters.

⭐ All pups will be examined by the vet for several health point checks for normal hearts, correct teeth, good body temperatures, solid confirmation of straight legs and joints... there won't be any worms, as they receive dewormings at the appropriate ages. They're vet-checked for no lice, mites, ticks or fleas. They are given Vet-certificates for the additional health assessment with their vaccine/deworming records. I provide 5 generation pedigree (showing support of no-in-breeding or minimal line-breeding).

A full nutritional info-package is sent with the pup. I keep them on a high Protein Diet...but it's fully nutritional with the additional fruit, vegetables, grains & oils. I provide a vet-grade list of the foods they recommend. They're given pro-biotics for a balanced digestive tract, and when necessary I also provide them with electrolytes.

⭐ I do quite a few cellphone live-video conferencing, or  in-home calls for potential owners to view the babies. I do do home visits so that you may look over the babies and the home environment. Receipts are provided via SMS texting cell to cell, or emailing, or in person handling.

There's a non-refundable $500 deposit required for holding your choice baby. The remaining amount owing will be due by the rehoming dates. We include some travelling to local airports, or ferry terminals for your convenience for pick up and or for delivery.

⭐ All puppies may include CKC registration paperwork at the descretion of the new owner, (for showing or competitions), micro-chipp supplied/recommended (but optional), including 5 generation pedigree, free 30 day Trupanion Pet Vet Insurance...including vet vaccinations, and dewormings at 8 weeks.
